This series of work was inspired mostly by my past, which was once my future, and also by my present future and the uncertainty of it. In my past I have gone through stages of life where I have just wanted to be “five years from now” or out of my present circumstances. I’ve also at times felt really confused and uncertain about my future. However, there has always been someone leading me or—in a sense—guiding me through each future situation. Even now I’m uncertain of my future, but I have a hope that assures me that I’ll be okay.
